Texas Tennis Open
The Texas Tennis Open was a professional tennis tournament for women. After some contradictory statements,〔 (Dated November 21, 2010, earlier included "Texas Open" in Grapevine but removed mention of the tournament in late November or early December 2010)〕 Women's Tennis Association (WTA) made it a late addition to the 2011 WTA Tour. It is played at the Hilton Lakes Tennis & Sports Club〔(2011 WTA Media Guide ), page 30.〕 in Grapevine (near Dallas), Texas in the USA. It is an International level event in August the same week as the New Haven Open at Yale, the week before the US Open.〔("2011 WTA Tournament Calendar" ).〕 In 2013, the event was cancelled from the WTA calendar due to economic reasons.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Addio al WTA di Dallas (vinto lo scorso anno da Roberta Vinci).
